Peoplesoft/Bay Navigator- Viewing Grades

Description

A student wishes to view their grades.

Solution

Have the user do the following:
  1. Log into PeopleSoft (Bay Navigator).
  2. Select Self-Service.
  3. Click on Enrollment.
  4. Choose the option View my Grades.
  5. Select the term you wish to see the grades for.

A student may not be able to view their grades for the following reasons:

  1. There is a financial hold on student’s record.
  2. Grades are not posted yet by the instructors.
In such situations, student should contact Registrar’s office: http://www.massbay.edu/registrar/
