A user has a question about their student account, not related to a technical issue.

Solution

If the student wants to know about:
  • Waive fees
  • Waive health insurance
  • Make payments online
  • Financial Aid, etc…

Suggest the user to login to Bay Navigator & click on “Student Quick Links”.

If a student has any questions/concerns on their bill/financial holds, direct student to contact Student’s Accounts office.
