How-To Activate you WebEx License

  • Before you can start using WebEx to host online meeting or simple conference bridges you need to activate WebEx.
  • Please login to OneLogin using Firefox or Chrome. For directions for this, please see http://helpdesk.post.massbay.edu/home/employee-technology-tutorials/one-login
  • Please locate the WebEx tile and click it. Either it will be on the first screen you see or it will be on the EVERYTHING tab.

  • Click on the Sign In button

  • Enter your email address.

  • You will see your account activation notice. Click on “Resend” and close your browser.

  • Reopen your browser and login to your MassBay email account. Your will see a message like the one that follows. Click on the “Activate” button.

  • Please close your browser, login back into OneLogin, and click your WebEx link. When you login this time, your screen will show your name and you will have access to application. You can schedule meetings from the web interface, from the desktop application or from Outlook with the add-on. OIT is pushing out the desktop client to all employee machines. If you want the Outlook add-on please email helpdesk@massbay.edu

  • Finally, we will be scheduling some training workshops on the tool, so please monitoring your email for those dates. Additionally Cisco has a wealth of online learning materials and online instructions at https://help.webex.com/en-us/
