Webex

Follow the below mentioned steps to access Webex:

• Go to www.massbay.edu
• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click on OneLogin
• Username is your email
• Password is the same as everything else
• If it’s the first time you connect it will ask to setup two factor authentication
  • I recommend using SMS. This way it will text you a code like the bank.
• If it asks to install the browser extension choose skip.
• You should have a on your dashboard a tile for Webex
• Click it
• Blue sign in button will be on the upper right side.
  • Use your email to get in.
• This brings you to your webex dashboard. You can start your meeting from here.

Recommendations for Students:

1. Reboot your computer before your class. This makes sure everything is current and updated.
2. Make sure you have a strong internet signal. See the bars in the lower right hand corner.
3. Get into Webex via OneLogin. Start your meeting from that interface, it will launch the desk top application.
4. I recommend start the meeting before the class. This give you time to setup, also some students may join early.
5. Practice meetings with peers.
