Have the user:

1. Go to http://www.massbay.edu and click BayNavigator at the bottom of the page.
2. Log in with your MassBay username and password.
3. Click Self Service.
4. Click Academic Record.
5. Click View Unofficial Transcript.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to view your unofficial transcript.

Official Transcript

Have the user:

1. Go to http://www.massbay.edu and click BayNavigator at the bottom of the page.
2. Log in with your MassBay username and password.
3. Click Self Service.
4. Click Academic Record.
5. Click Request an Official Transcript.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
