PeopleSoft/Bay Navigator – Adding and Dropping Classes

Adding a Course

  1. Log into BayNavigator
  2. Choose the Classes & Enrollment tile
  3. Choose Add Classes/Shopping Cart in left navigation
  4. Select the term and click Continue
  5. Add a course by:
    1. Entering the class number manually OR
    2. Searching for a class > click Select Class > Click Next
  6. After course is selected, click next
  7. Continue choosing classes until all classes have been added to the cart. Then click the “Proceed to Step 2 of 3” button

  8. Click the “Finish Enrolling” button to finish.

  9. Look for the presence of a Green Circle next to the courses chosen for enrollment. If they have a Red X or a Yellow Triangle, there is an enrollment issue. This should give an explanation of the issue. For issue resolution, have student contact the Registrar’s Office.

Dropping a Course

  1. Log into BayNavigator
  2. Choose the Classes & Enrollment tile
  3. Choose Enrollment: Drop Classes in left navigation

  4. Click the checkbox for courses desired to be dropped.
    •  
  5. Hit the “Drop Selected Classes” button.
  6. Confirm drop by clicking “Finish Dropping” button

  7. Success = Green Check Mark | Error = Red X. In case of error, review message and follow instructions. Refer any issues to Registrars Office
