Email (Massbay)

Description

Settings for using a desktop or mobile-based email client with MassBay email.

Solution

For Students / Staff / Faculty

Access Email online:

1. Go to http://www.massbay.edu and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Click on Email link at the bottom of the page.
3. Username is your login name plus @massbay.edu
   1. Example for an employee: Michael Lyons is mlyons@massbay.edu
   2. Example for student: Michael Lyons is m_lyons@massbay.edu (this is on the student’s ID card.)
4. Password is the same that you use for everything else on campus

Email Domain: @massbay.edu

How to assist users with adding Outlook email account to iPhone

1. Setting – Accounts & Passwords
2. Add account
3. Exchange
4. Email – Username@massbay.edu and select Next
5. Configure manually
6. Password – same password you use for all MassBay systems
7. Select Continue on “Cannot Verify Server Identity” Screen.
8. Server – outlook.office365.com and Username – Username@massbay.edu
